Refund Policy.
We stand behind what we make. If something is not right, we want to know, and we will make it right.
One-time purchases
Our programs and downloadable products come with a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you decide a program is not the right fit for your family, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to return anything. You keep access until the refund is processed.
LifeReady All-Access subscription
LifeReady All-Access is a $7 USD per month subscription with a 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a card. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Once paid, you can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription months.
If you were charged unexpectedly, for example an auto-renewal you did not realize was happening or a billing error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email toby@lifereadyparenting.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of why it was not a fit, and any feedback you have
We process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or charge.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse or fraudulent activity.
- If you purchased in a currency other than your bank account's home currency, the refunded amount shown by your bank may differ slightly due to exchange-rate movements and any bank or card conversion fees. We refund the full original price in the charge currency.
- If future products include physical goods or live services, separate refund terms may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
