Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
When you use Cleo
Cleo is our AI parenting specialist. When you talk to Cleo, we store the messages you send and the responses she gives. We do this so Cleo can remember your family across conversations and give you better answers over time.
Cleo is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your conversations are sent to Anthropic to generate Cleo's responses, under Anthropic's commercial data handling terms. Anthropic does not use your conversations to train their models.
You can request deletion of your Cleo conversation history at any time by emailing toby@lifereadyparenting.com.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill orders and subscriptions
- Provide access to purchased products and Cleo
- Communicate with you about your account, trial, or purchase
- Send marketing emails, if you have opted in
- Improve our website, content, and Cleo's responses
- Deliver and measure the performance of our advertising
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who we share information with
We use trusted third-party providers to run the business. We only share what is needed for each provider to do its job.
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- MailerLite sends our emails and stores subscriber data.
- Anthropic powers Cleo's responses through their Claude AI.
- Render hosts the Cleo application.
- WPX hosts our website.
- Google provides Analytics, Search Console, and Ads measurement.
- Meta provides Facebook and Instagram advertising tools.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session data so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies, pixels, and tracking
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising effectiveness. This includes pages visited, actions taken, and purchase activity.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site work.
International users
If you are located outside Australia, your information may be transferred to and processed in Australia, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. By using this website, you consent to this transfer.
How long we keep your information
- Email subscribers: while you are subscribed, plus 12 months after you unsubscribe (in case you return).
- Customers and subscribers: for the life of your account, plus 7 years after your last purchase or active subscription (required for Australian tax records).
- Cleo conversation history: for the life of your account, deleted on request.
- Website analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics, anonymized.
If you request deletion of your data, we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Object to certain uses of your data

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, but we use providers (Stripe, Anthropic, MailerLite, Render, WPX) that maintain industry-standard security practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.
